We aim to get your order on the road as soon as possible from when your order. Usually, your order will take 12-15 days to reach you.

Please note that our products are delivered from different fulfillment centers. Certain products purchased during this time may be delayed due to business interruptions due to local regulations regarding COVID-19. We are doing our best to estimate any potential delays in shipments on our product pages. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.
When will my order ship?
Shipping times kick in when your item(s) have left our international distribution center. Please allow for 1-4 business days for processing at our international distribution center before your order is shipped.
Can I cancel/change my order before it is shipped?
ALL orders placed are FINAL? That being said, generally we try to make sure if you cancel/change your order before (or sometimes even during) shipping we can process the cancellation/change your order but please make sure to contact us as soon as possible as sometimes it is too late.
How long does it take to receive my order?
It’s a multi-step process that’s as follows: After checkout and payment it takes us 1-4 business days to process your order and fulfill packaging at our international warehouse. From there, we hand you package off to the carrier and they scan your package into the tracking system. At this point, your tracking umber should be activated and you can track you package. After your package leaves our facility, it takes roughly 10-20 business days until its delivered to your shipping address (depending on your location).
My tracking number does not work?
Sometimes it takes about 2-4 days for the carrier to update the tracking information even after you have been provided with a tracking number. In that case, please know your order has been shipped and the tracking information will be updated soon.
